Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

We offer international shipping to select countries.

DollzMink is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
4. Shipping Rates

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered:

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
DollzMink is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
