Return & Refund Policy

At DollzMink, we value our customers and take pride in providing high-quality products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is received damaged or incorrect.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, you must:

  • Email us at support@dollzmink.com

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos and/or videos of the item

  • Include photos of the original packaging

If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item (if available)

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Wigs

  • Bundles

  • Lashes

  • Hair extensions

  • Beauty products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Any item that has been worn, altered, washed, brushed, cut, or removed from its original packaging is not eligible for return.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by DollzMink.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first before filing a chargeback. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in being banned from future purchases on DollzMink.com.


7. Processing Time

If your return or claim is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
